Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer at Consumerfed, I resolved software issues, trained outlet staff, and collaborated with developers to improve system stability using MySQL and PHP. This role strengthened my skills in tech support, customer communication, and backend troubleshooting.

2019-2022

Software Programmer

At Consumerfed, I worked as a Software Programmer, developing billing and accounting features and business applications using PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. This role sharpened my skills in full-stack development and database management within the retail sector.

2023-2024

Web developer - WordPress

At Scientify Research, I customized themes and plugins, optimized website performance, and implemented hooks and filters for their WordPress site. This experience enhanced my skills in WordPress development, site optimization, and SEO.

2024-2025

WordPress Developer

At Coursy, I build and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor and the Block Editor, focusing on custom plugin/theme development, SEO, and performance optimization. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, high-performing, and user-friendly sites.
